Job description
The Windmill Practice, located within Sneinton Health Centre is a very busy city-centre practice with a list size of circa 11,000 patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organised receptionist to join our team. The role entails a mixture of front desk and administrative duties. Full training provided including 4 week induction period.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Greet all patients on arrival at the practice
Answer the telephone dealing with appointment requests and queries
Patient registrations
Support with administrative duties
Process prescription requests
Keep up to date with mandatory training
Assist patients who may require extra support due to disability, language barriers etc.
Any other duties to aid with the smooth running of the practice
We are looking for candidates to work between 25 hours a week, 13:30-18:30 Monday to Friday. Overtime often available.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £11.00-£11.52 per hour
