We are looking for a passionate and career-driven assistant property manager to join our award-winning team in London. As part of our customer focussed team, you will be helping Encore to provide a first class service to our residents.

This includes ongoing internal training at the Encore Academy and access to the external IRPM qualifications ensuring that you have a broad and complete view of the industry.

This is a key role in our Estate Management team. You will work in partnership with the Estate Managers to ensure we consistently deliver a high standard of performance (achieving our KPIs) and achieve customer satisfaction. The role has 2 key parts: performing frontline communication with our customers (eg. resolving day to day queries and sending correspondence) and reactive maintenance management.

This role is offered a full time basis working 37.5 hours per week. The role is based at our London office with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Salary is dependant on Experience.
