The Test Centre- the UK's busiest MOT station is currently seeking a full time (fully flexible) Front of House Receptionist to join our team at our branch in Dartford, London.
We do Nothing But MOTs on a pay only when you pass basis. We believe in providing a 5 star service to all of our customers and every member of staff plays a vital role in helping to achieve this.
Preferably you will have experience working in a similar environment however training will be provided.
Main Duties:
Answering calls and booking in MOTs
Providing 5 star customer service
Managing the MOT booking system
Promoting The Test Centre
Managing workload to ensure a streamlined process
The preferred Applicant should:
·Speak English
·Be eligible to work in the UK
·Have great customer service skills
·Have a positive attitude and be a team player
·Have the ability to work under pressure and multitask
Please note we are open 7 days a week, so full flexibility is required for this role with possibility of cover at other branches of the test centre.
Current rota's for this position are morning (7am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-6pm) shift and every other Saturday. Could be subject to change!
