The role

The amazing team at Regenda Homes are looking for a receptionist on a contract basis to look after the reception area in our Head Office.

Being customer focused is not only one of our core values here at Regenda, but it is the main focus of the role of a receptionist.

You will be the first point of contact for internal employees and guests, so it is imperative that you are friendly and approachable with a professional attitude at all times.

The right fit

• You will be customer focused and confident speaking to people via phone, email, and Microsoft teams.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office is really important. We can train you on all internal systems.
• You will also possess strong attention to details skills.

Who we are

Regenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour. We work in partnership with residents to scrutinise services and make sure we perform to a high standard.
