We are looking for a passionate Wellness Coordinator to join an amazing team at our NEW Southern Pines, NC clinic. You will be the face of the front office primarily helping to check in patients and process membership payments. We also have a call center in this location that you will help oversee to schedule new clients for their first visit. This is a goal oriented position with bonus opportunities based on achievement of sales targets. We are seeking a team member that strives for excellent service and is excited to bring affordable and convenient chiropractic care to our community.
Schedule Requirements:
- This listing is for a candidate who will work 20-30+ hours per week.
- Hours Available: M-F 9:30 AM - 7:15 PM, Sat. 9:30 AM - 5:15 PM
- Lunch Break: M-F 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM
- Weekend availability needed
Compensation
- Starting rate is between $14-$17 per hour
- Bonus opportunities average $300 per month per person
- Health and dental insurance available after 90 days of employment for full-time employees - company pays half of your monthly premium rate

As a Wellness Coordinator, your typical day may include:
- Greeting patients upon arrival & checking patients in to see the Chiropractor
- Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
- Educating patients on best membership options for their needs
- Answering phone calls and completing outgoing calls
- Contacting leads in our digital database to schedule new patient visits
- Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators and doctors
- Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of work space
- Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts
- Participating in local marketing promotions and social media engagement
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
- Participating in bimonthly team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies
- Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.

Preferred Skills:
- Sales experience discussing memberships, pre-paid service packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to patient concerns
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and committed
- Call center or customer service resolution experience
- Highly collaborative and relational: values team cohesion and positivity
- Understanding of chiropractic care or other interest in alternative health care
- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and emailing systems
Additional Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred*)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
