The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at ROME is currently seeking a receptionist. Part-Time 2p-8p every weekend (Sat.&Sun.)
Duties Include:
- Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
- Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors.
- Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families.
- Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams.
- Greets visitors at community’s front reception desk.
- Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery.
- Customer Service/Hospitality background-emphasis highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
