Job description
The Children’s Eye Doctors and Family Eye Doctors, a division of Proliance Surgeons, is a busy pediatric and adult eye doctor’s office in Redmond looking for a full time receptionist. We are searching for an enthusiastic, motivated, team player. We offer excellent pay and some benefits.
Main job duties include:
Creating new and established patient appointments via phone and in clinic
Checking patients in, checking on insurance, collecting copays
Checking patients out, processing of daily exam forms
Scheduling patients for surgery
Helping patients over the phone with questions, transfer to other departments
Proficient computer skills
Organized and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.69 - $26.17 per hour
