Senior Accountant – Hospitality
Salary: £65k - £70k + bonus
Location: Central London - Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce management accounts and assist with general ledger/balance sheet activities
- Conduct regular financial analysis to provide valuable insights on cost control, revenue optimisation, and profitability
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with hotel managers and department heads to develop comprehensive financial plans
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and relevant financial regulations, liaising with auditors where necessary
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Ad-hoc duties as required, which could involve various finance-related tasks
Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Exposure to business partnering (including non-finance stakeholders)
- Experience within the hospitality sector is desirable
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
