The Botree luxury hotel is the hottest new opening in London! We are bringing together the team to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests. We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Reception Supervisor.
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager our Reception Supervisor oversees the reception team to ensure that all guest needs are met, standards of operation are always adhered to and service expectations are exceeded. Through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality our Reception Supervisor creates and delivers incredible guest experiences.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Working with the Guest Experience Manager to develop and maintain departmental standards.
- Direct and coordinate the delivery of Guest Experience activities.
- Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a conscious luxury service is delivered from the Reception Team.
What we would like our Reception Supervisor to bring:
- Demonstrable experience of Supervising and motivating a team.
- Previous, relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Knowledge and use of property management, CRM and room key systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Distinctive, professional and warm personality
