The Botree luxury hotel is the hottest new opening in London! We are bringing together the team to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests. We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Receptionist.
Our Receptionist ensure that all guest needs are met, standards of operation are always adhered to and service expectations are exceeded. Through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality our Receptionist delivers incredible guest experiences.
Our Receptionist display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum
What we would like our Receptionist to bring:
- Previous, relevant experience in a hotel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Distinctive, professional and warm personality
