The Role:
- As Receptionist, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall excellent experience from check-in through check-out.
- Proactively engage with guests, making sure every guest journey is positive and that their needs are meet.
- Answering any social media enquiries. Creates story and reels.
- Support your supervisor/manager to drive in revenue this will require good selling skills, knowledge about all service spa provide, maximising all opportunities.
- Growing a client data base and maintain detailed records.
- Resolving guest complaints and reporting them to supervisor.
- Ensuring that the spa kitchen is adequately stocked.
- Assist with and complete audits, as required.
- Ensure that Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or other departments
- Always demonstrate a excellence customer service
- Attend appropriate meetings.
- Demonstrate excellence knowledge of spa packages, beauty, hair and any promotion at the spa.
- Maximize spa occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote spa services and facilities
- Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the spa policy.
- Comply with spa security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
- Follow company brand standards
- Assist other departments, as necessary
The successful Receptionist will have the following:
Previous experience in a reception, beauty/spa treatments knowledge ideally.
Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a excellent telephone manner.
Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office and social media ( Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
A high standard of personal presentation.
Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.
A calm and well organized approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
Working Rota:
Week 1: Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Wedesday 8am - 2pm, Thursday 8am - 2pm, Friday 8am - 2pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm Sunday 8am - 5pm
Week 2: Tuesday OFF, Wednsday 2pm - 8pm, Thursday 2pm - 8pm, Friday 2pm to 8pm, Saturday OFF, Sunday OFF

Salary: From £8.50 per hour
