Job description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, motivated and outgoing person to join our client care team.
Applicants should have the ability and desire to provide great client care alongside a passion for animal healthcare.
Alongside administration duties and handling client enquiries, our client care team is also expected to continually develop a clinical understanding on products and services supported by in house and external CPD.
The Role will be based between our Royal Wootton Bassett Clinic and our main clinic on Purton Road.
Hours will be an average of 30h per week and will include 3 full days per week (Monday / Wednesday / Friday) and 3/4 Saturdays on a rota basis (Saturdays are 8.30-1pm)
Applicants must have;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a client care role
- National Diploma in animal management or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a veterinary or animal role is preferred but not essential
