We are recruiting for a driven and motivated Project Manager, with previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment and a background of dealing with big clients.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be working closely with both the strategy and creative teams to plan, develop and deliver all kinds of projects. These will range from attraction campaigns, print and digital communications, careers events and so much more.
Some key responsibilities of the role are:
Project Planning – Preparing statement of works and proposals, creating and managing project plans, managing and mitigating risks and issues.- Project Insights – Identifying the client needs and providing new thinking to apply an approach with a strategic framework.
- Creative Project Managing – Forming creative briefs and working alongside the creative teams to deliver innovation and outside the box thinking.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Helping to grow and provide support to your client – it’s all about being their trusted advisor and going the extra mile!
- Supplier Management – Liaising with third-party suppliers to benefit projects and clients, ensuring the Pink Squid quality is maintained throughout.
- You don’t panic when someone screams SCRUM across the room and you’re adept at leading complex multi-channel projects, with plenty of confidence when it comes to nurturing clients through your delivery methods. You will be working with other PMs, Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors, Video Producers and Coders. So, knowing how we all work together is crucial.
With a great attitude, strong enthusiasm and the willingness to learn, you will also have:
Previous experience as a Project Manager in a similar agency environment- Solid experience in managing multiple projects across a range of accounts
- Ability to use project management tools such as Smartsheets, Basecamp, Work Flow Max
- Excellent communication and client facing skills (you will be in front of key stakeholders quite often)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment

We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with an early Friday finish at 4pm- 26 days annual leave (rising to 30 with length of service) including guaranteed birthday day off and Christmas closedown
