Job description
Stour Surgery is a proactive and friendly practice serving over 10,000 patients in the Christchurch area and we are looking for that special someone to become a member of our team.
Applicants should be well motivated enthusiastic, have excellent customer service & communication skills and be able to work under pressure. They should ideally have experience working within general practice and have knowledge of the System One clinical system. However full training will be given to the right applicant.
The aim of the Receptionist role is to provide and maintain a reliable, welcoming and friendly service to the patients at all times. They are responsible for dealing with problems and queries from doctors, staff, patients and other agencies, as well as general Reception duties appropriate to the nature of the post. The work is varied and interesting and the ability to multi-task is essential.
Hours will be 27 per week. Hours are to be worked
- Monday: 8.00am – 6.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Tuesday : 8:30am-6:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: 8.30am- 6.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Flexibility to cover for holidays and sickness is essential.
Closing date Wednesday 3rd August 2023.
