Job description
We are recruiting for a full time receptionist to join our team at our Deal office.
Duties will include, but not limited to: -
- Being the first point of contact for new and existing clients, as well as other professionals
- Taking calls and transferring them to the relevant person/department
- Keeping a record of calls/contacts
- General administrative work
- Covering for people who are on annual leave
- Assisting with the archiving of closed files
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb organisational skills
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- The ability to work in a team as well as work individually
- A good understanding of computers/IT systems
This is a full time position and will be based primarily in our Deal office, although the role may require travel to other offices to cover work when staff are on leave.
