Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time receptionist to join our independent small animal practice, which was established in April 2019. We have quickly progressed to a team of 8 vets, 8 RVN’s, 6 SVN’s, 1 ANA, 4 receptionists and a practice manager across two sites and are currently looking for a new addition.
In addition to a love of animals, an ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, dedication to client and patient care and the ability to work under pressure. We believe reception is an essential part of the veterinary team and represent the core values of the practice.
Excellent telephone, word-processing and email skills are vital.
