Digital Marketing for a Beauty/Skincare Supplement Brand - PPC and Affiliate Marketing Focused
We’re looking for someone who loves beauty/skincare, enjoys a challenge, is a collaborative team player, and is ready to take ownership of digital marketing for the launch of an exciting new brand.

You will be responsible for creating and optimising PPC campaigns over social media, Google, and Amazon to drive sales through our DTC website and online marketplaces.
Additionally, this role involves identifying and analysing search strategies, as well as building and fostering relationships with affiliate marketers to help generate sales.
Candidate duties:
· Establish a digital launch strategy across social media channels, including setting and analysing KPIs/ROI to drive sales to our website and online marketplaces.
· Handling day-to-day campaign activities: creating ad content, bid management, automation set-up, performance monitoring, ad copy testing, etc.
· Ownership of content development, working closely with our designer to deliver innovative campaigns for social media channels.
· Connect with affiliate marketers to build user-generated content and reviews.
Candidate requirements:
· Proven track record of creating and executing a digital marketing strategy that has led to the success of a brand, with a significant increase in sales.
· At least 4 years of professional experience managing Social, Google, and Amazon PPC campaigns, especially when looking at ROAS and total sales growth.
· Strong understanding of DTC sales, marketing funnels, and retargeting strategies to support audience growth/data capture.
· Experience with paid campaigns across key digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and Amazon.
· Experience in affiliate marketing and review building.
What you’ll receive:
· Salary: £50K + commission (OTC £75K year 1)
· 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
Five days a week from our office in Fulham, London. Core working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
