SRJ Windows are now recruiting a Receptionist to join our busy administration team. Full time and part time applicants will be considered.
As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will involve providing our customers with a first-class customer service. We are looking for a Receptionist who is confident, motivated, skilled at interacting with others and is able to represent our company in a professional manner.
This will be an interesting and varied role which will also involve supporting several administration processes which are key to the day-to-day functioning of the office.
The ideal candidate will have good all round administrative and IT skills, including experience of Microsoft office and email, have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and withstand pressure in an environment where priorities often change very quickly. He or she will quickly align themselves with SRJ’s values and objectives to help strengthen the company’s reputation for exemplary quality, customer service and attention to detail.
Required experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years
- Office Administration: 2 years
- Prior experience of working in a relevant environment and as part of a team is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From £19,500.00 per year
