As one of our Receptionists you must have:
1+ years Customer Service experience preferably within a call centre/ retail or reception environment
Strong organisational skills
Ability to build rapport with patients via the phone
Patience and resilience when dealing with a range of our patients
Good communication skills - to book appointments and help with general enquiries
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Be committed to work 3 days a week in our Caerphilly office. (Days to be confirmed) No evenings, No weekends.
Your responsibilities as a Receptionist:
Booking appointments with patients efficiently and accurately
Assisting/resolving patient queries
Answering the phone in a timely manner
Assisting with overall office tasks when required.
Full systems training will be given on a one to one basis for the right applicant.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £9.18-£9.50 per hour
