Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and advice on corporate and private immigration matters.
- Preparation of immigration applications and review of the relevant documentation.
- Client management.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide advice and guidance to clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Experience:
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Qualified solicitor/Adviser/on route to qualification.
- Proven experience as a solicitor or immigration adviser.
- Strong knowledge of the Immigration Rules and other relevant sources, legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
