Job description
We are an Authorized Third Party MVD Office searching for a motivated, friendly individual to help with administrative and reception duties. This includes but is not limited to:
-Checking in and assessing the needs of customers
-Answering calls and providing info about services offered and where we are located
-Directing customers to the appropriate customer service representative
-Data entry in spreadsheets (Google/Microsoft office)
-Filing of daily and monthly paperwork
-Light maintenance of the lobby and break room
-Other duties as assigned

-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment is a must
-Ability to sit, stand, walk and lift a minimum of 25lbs
-Minimum High School diploma or GED
Must meet ADOT requirements of 39 month acceptable driving record and background check
