As a Receptionist at HMRC Stratford, You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers at heart of everything you do. What you’ll do:
Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like
Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.
What you bring:
Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
Champion of health & safety practices
Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested

Package Description- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 15:30pm
- £12.39 - £13.01 per hour
- Full uniform supplied
- Full training provided
- Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
