£11.50 per hour
30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00-14:00 (flexibility required to cover other reception members)

Job Role
To provide a professional, proficient and flexible reception and administrative service to the home and its employees.
- Be the face of our Home and ensure a memorable reception experience for Staff, Visitors and Residents
- Answer the telephone and either handle the call or direct it to the most appropriate person
- Meet and greet visitors to the home
- Handle enquiries
- Make any appointments as required/directed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Take accurate messages for members of the team
- Excellent telephone and switchboard manner
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Data input as required
- Provide administrative support to members of the team as necessary
You will also need
- Ability to demonstrate the core values of the Charity
- IT Skills
- Experience in a similar environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Excellent organisational skills
- Work in a confidential and respectful manner
