The Warren Lodge Hotel, Shepperton is a 50 bedroomed hotel in Church Square, walking distance from the high street and Shepperton Station. Catering is also provided to the restaurant, bar and outside terraces in addition to a busy function suite.
The Reception team are responsible for the greeting and farewell of guests and visitors to the hotel. They deal with arrivals, departures and the coordination of all customer requests during their stay with us. The delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task they complete.
Shifts are 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week. Part time candidates may be considered depending on flexibility of candidate.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Check in and check out of guests
Telephone and reservation handling
Taking payments and dealing with cash
Ensure all customer queries and requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
Maintaining all equipment and work areas, including key and cash security
Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times
Will also be covering the bar and restaurant
Previous experience would be preferable, although training will be given.
