The opportunity
At Setfords, we are proud to offer a professional, efficient and friendly service that meet the needs of our consultants and clients. To help us continue to offer this excellent service, we are in search of a Receptionist to join our small reception team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, a friendly and personable demeanour and ‘can do’ attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Manage the reception telephone;
- Answer the front door intercom and direct guests/visitors accordingly;
- Organise and manage parking and meeting room reservations;
- Organise and manage Teams and Zoom links and meetings;
- Assist visiting consultants with printing and scanning of documents as and when necessary;
- Provision of refreshments to guests, including organising food with our onsite catering team for meetings as and when necessary;
- Liaise with our daytime cleaner to ensure all areas of front of house are in immaculate condition;
- Maintain and clean the coffee machines in the building and restock the refreshment area in reception as and when necessary;
- Collect documents from clients;
- Witnessing documents (full training will be provided);
- Liaise with postperson for incoming and outgoing post;
- Assist with ordering stationery as and when necessary;
- To ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard and is presentable at all times;
- Monitoring and restocking of gym fridge and CEO fridge;
- Deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards;
- General administrative duties as and when necessary;
- Preparing meeting spaces;
Who you are
- Strong communication skills – oral and written;
- Ability and confidence to communicate at all levels;
- Excellent IT skills including good working knowledge of Teams and Zoom;
- Excellent people skills;
- Confident and personable;
- Proactive approach;
- Proven experience of team working and collaboration;
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
- Attention to detail;
- · Fire warden and first aider training and experience advantageous.

Salary: £23,000.00 per year
