We are looking for professional and well-presented front of house/reception team members to join our expanding family in a central Birmingham location. Previous patient-facing experience in a high-end aesthetic/private/cosmetic clinic is a bonus however any client-facing experience in the luxury sector such as high-end hotels, restaurants or stores is also just as advantageous.
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, confident with great interpersonal skills and offer flexibility in their working hours. Working hours are 9:30am – 6:30pm and working Saturdays is essential.

The job role includes:
Welcoming clients and offering refreshments
Using our booking system to manage patients including but not limited to:
- Booking in patients
- Creating patient profiles
- Rescheduling patients
- Accurately recording deposits and payments
Communicating efficiently and effectively with clinical staff, directors and patients to ensure a smooth operation of the clinic day-to-day
Dealing with client queries and any complaints in a prompt, polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company’s professional image at all times
Managing telephone and email enquiries, appointment bookings and maintaining accurate client records against the computer database
Taking correct payments and accurately maintaining client accounts, invoices and financial records
Maintaining the required daily checks including stock checks and raising any required orders or issues promptly to the directors
Patient co-ordination which may require cleansing and applying numbing cream pre-treatment
Work harmoniously with other team members
Be familiar with all treatments offered at the clinic to confidently answer non-medical questions patients may have
Being a chaperone if required by the patient
Preparing the clinic for daily opening and closing
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
Ensuring the reception area and clinic rooms are always pristine and welcoming
Minimum Requirements:
Client-facing experience in the luxury market sectors and/or luxury aesthetic clinic sector
Experience in bookings, taking payments, using cash registers
Be computer-literate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Position offered:
Part-Time Pro-Rata
Minimum 2 days a week
Must work Saturdays

Annual leave for part-time employees is pro-rata and dependent on the number of days offered. This excludes bank holidays as we are open on bank holidays that fall on Tuesdays- Saturdays.
