Health Club Receptionist
A four star hotel in the centre in South Kensington and Knightsbridge, The Rembrandt offers 194 luxurious bedrooms, 6 flexible event suites, a newly renovated restaurant and bar, and Aquilla Health and Fitness. Placed just across the road from Londonâs Victoria and Albert Museum, The Rembrandt is located in a superb area, just steps from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Hyde Park, Harrods and the Royal Albert Hall. We are seeking an energetic individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Health Club team on a part time contract. This would involve working 3 days per week, usually on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a mix of early or late shifts totalling 24 hours pw
£600 REWARD - Join us and you can receive up to £300 Welcome Payment in months 3 and 6 of employment.

As Health Club Receptionist you will have...
- Excellent customer care skills with some previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or health clubs.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- Self -motivation and be able to work on your own initiative.
- A positive attitude and excellent communications skills.
- The ability to cope well under pressure.
- Good IT skills.
- Level 2 Beauty qualification is desirable.
What will I be doing as Health Club Receptionist?
- Welcoming all our members and hotel guests using the club, managing the booking system and taking payments.
- Engaging with members and hotel guests to identify opportunities to promote additional products or services, including the up-selling of club memberships, personal training, beauty treatments and beauty products.
- Driving new and existing membership enquiries according to the club membership sales and enquiry process, ensuring targets are achieved
- Advising new members on membership rates and making recommendations based on their needs, according to the Aquilla enquiry and sales process.
- Conducting telephone, walk in enquiries and show rounds, making reference to the unique selling points.
- Assisting the entire team in achieving financial targets as set out by the Operations Manager.
- Helping with any marketing and promotion activities, including flyering, membership calls, outreach activities and any other reasonable requests
