Location: Perth
Hours: Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 3:15PM

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's diary efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and address any enquiries promptly.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred but not essential, full training will be given.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
