We are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join the Facilities Team in London on a permanent basis.

The role
The Corporate Receptionist will provide first class front of office and administrative support, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors where you will welcome visitors in the reception area, organise external hospitality as well as complete other general facility tasks.
The person
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer-facing environment where you will have been focused on delivering a positive customer experience at all times. You will have experience of maintaining meeting rooms/shop floors and communicating with customers through various channels including phone and email is essential. Experience using Microsoft Office, performing certain administrations duties including sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, organising taxis as well as copying, mailing and filing is also key to being successful in the role. It would be highly advantageous if you’ve worked within corporate environment or came from concierge background.
We are looking for a person who is people-focused and who is able to engage with internal and external customers in a professional and efficient manner. The ability to multi-task is key along with having a positive attitude, a strong work ethic with a passion for going the extra mile. You will demonstrate good initiative and be keen to help evolve the team by sharing best practice and suggest forward thinking ideas to help streamline processes.
