More detail about the role Are you looking for an exciting opportunity and a chance to be in involved with new technology, then come and join us in our trial of Skin Analytics Artificial Intelligence software for suspected skin cancer lesion detection. Candidates will provide admin support and develop processes to facilitate successful implementation of this system to patients and visitors attending the Dermatology Department, Exeter. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, as are good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good sense of humour and a love of cake.
You need to be able to work with a Multidisciplinary team and have the ability to use your own initiative and be able to prioritise your workload to meet the changing needs of the Department. It is essential that you have the ability to deal with patients calmly, sensitively and efficiently both on the telephone and in person. You will need excellent keyboard skills and strong administrative experience. A minimum of 2 years working in an office environment and on reception would be desirable.
Training needs will be identified and actively supported. Previous knowledge of working in a Hospital environment would be an advantage.
