As we expand our business, Roomsbooked Ltd we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our amazing reception team at New County Hotel. You may also cover our sister hotels in Gloucestershire; Central Hotel Cheltenham, Central Hotel Gloucester & The Oakwood Hotel
INTERVIEWS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY AT Central Hotel Cheltenham
Shifts: 32hrs per week, 7am - 3pm - 3pm - 11pm (You will need to be able to work both shifts)
**we are unable to offer set shifts and or days on/off**
The ideal candidate will be:

Reception:
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer all accommodation enquiries
- Checking in and out of guests
- Excellent timekeeping
- Processing reservations
- Use an online payment system
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
Experience: The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft and Gmail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £8.00-£9.50 per hour
