As we expand our business, Roomsbooked Ltd we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our amazing reception teams at our Gloucester based hotels. You will work at our hotel in Gloucester; The Oakwood Hotel as well as our sister hotels in Gloucester; Central Hotel Gloucester & New County Hotel
Shifts: 32hrs per week, 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am . 4/7 days a week
**we are unable to offer set shifts and or days on/off**
The ideal candidate will be:

- You will need to be passionate about creating a great atmosphere and giving guests the best experience
Reception:
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer all accommodation enquiries
- Checking in and out of guests
- Excellent timekeeping
- Processing reservations
- Use an online payment system
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
Experience: The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft and Gmail.
