Our client is looking for a temporary candidate to work as a Receptionist/ Administrator.
As one of the first points of contact for their residents, your friendly demeanour will be key to building strong relationships with residents, so they feel welcomed and engage with you throughout their stay with us.
The role will involve but may not be limited to:
- Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from residents and potential residents both face to face, by telephone and via online communication tools.
- To cope in busy situations and to be able to deal effectively with difficult customers.
- Arranging and conducting viewings both face to face and virtual
- Telephone answering, dealing with all enquiries and gaining a general understanding of the telephone system.
- Providing a decisive and effective response to customer complaints, assisting in, and resolving issues and escalating as appropriate.
- Assisting all customers in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively both face to face and on the telephone, showing empathy and responding with urgency to customer requests.
- Conducting inspections in a professional and efficient manner.
- Logging maintenance issues including call outs.
- To have an awareness of student welfare issues and to keep management informed of any matters that may arise in the accommodation relating to this
- Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond at all opportunities.
- Getting to know every student and develop a rapport with them to ensure a personal connection is made.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Key to the role
- A strong background in customer service.
- A strong background in Admin/ reception tasks.
- A background in a sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media.
- Must be customer focused with experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
