We’re an award- winning independent, destination hotel, restaurant & bar pouring experience, imagination, and heart into delivering hill-top magic for our guests. Our team is at the heart of everything we achieve here at Richmond Hill Hotel - our overwhelmingly positive reviews are testament to the hard work our teams put in. We’re committed to creating a great place for our teams to work and we’re delighted to have twice been finalists for ‘Employer of the Year’ and won a People award for our ‘Team Engagement’ amongst other accolades.
Currently taking applications for magicians. Mind-readers and expert jugglers? Or as you might be more commonly known - a Receptionist. You’re a mind-reader due to your ability to anticipate your customer’s wants before they even knew what they wanted. And juggler – because, you’ll be focused on delivering outstanding guest experience whilst overseeing a busy reception. What's in it for you?
Is this Receptionist role right for me?
As a Receptionist at Richmond Hill hotel, you will check in guests and respond to queries about the hotel. As clichéd as it sounds – you’ll constantly want to find innovative ways to put a smile on your customers face. It could be as simple as offering to book Amy a seat at the best table in our restaurant, after she has told you she’s spent the last two hours travelling and you knew the last thing she would want is to venture back out of the hotel again... Or it could be upgrading Chris’ room as he’s stayed with you five times in the last month and well, why wouldn’t we want to go above and beyond?
You’ll already be an established Receptionist, or a professional with a knowledge of the hospitality industry who lives breathes and sleeps outstanding service. You’ll be confidently able to respond to incoming queries to the hotel, whilst checking-in guests and all the time ensuring you provide outstanding first impressions.
What next?
