Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial new business, working as a Mobility Agent, administering vehicle hire and repair bookings.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals, with a passion for customer service, to join our team, working in a modern office environment located on Birmingham Business Park.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage vehicle hire and repair bookings, online or via telephone
· Record customer information, including taking payments
· Liaise with customers and suppliers, resolving queries and providing progress updates
· Arrange delivery and collection of hire vehicles
· Represent the business and our panel of suppliers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
Qualifications and skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Professional and courteous manner with customer service experience
· Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience working in car rental or vehicle repair is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
· Flexibility in working hours, with shift patterns available, including some Saturdays
· 5 GCSEs Grade A to C (or equivalent)
Package
· Competitive base salary with bonus earnings potential
· Full time hours, with shift patterns available, Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 6.30pm and Saturdays between 9am and 12pm.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
