If you’re a bright, motivated digital enthusiast then keep reading. We’re looking to introduce a candidate like yourself into the world of biddable media across Google, Microsoft and Paid Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest.
No experience required, we’ll give you all the training, guidance and tools you’ll need. All we need from you is enthusiasm, and a drive to kick-start your career in digital marketing.
What does the role involve?
Under the guidance of our Biddable & PPC team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day checks and management of client accounts, carrying out technical changes, analysing and drawing insights from third party analytics data..
Once probation is completed, you’ll become a fully fledged Junior PPC Specialist and will be independently working on a range of interesting local and independent clients; implementing innovative techniques you’ve learnt throughout your training to maximise campaign performance and managing client relationships. You’ll continue to receive excellent training and ongoing development.
What training will there be?
As Google and Microsoft Ad Partners, you can be assured you’re being taught by the best. You will be assigned a PPC & biddable mentor to guide you through your training and provide one-on-one support. Your training will include:
- Building out PPC and Biddable marketing accounts
- Keyword research
- Ad copy writing
- Audience definitions
- Tracking set up
- Data studio set up & reporting
- Strategy
You’ll also have access to the online learning platform CXL to help you pursue the things that interest you most in the role.
Following our comprehensive training programme you’ll be ready to obtain your Official Qualifications including:
- Google Ads Certification
- Microsoft Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification
- Meta Blueprint (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certification
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is passionate, inquisitive, conscientious and creative with exceptional organisational skills.
Whilst we’re not looking for any PPC or biddable experience you will need to have an interest in marketing along with the following:
- Willingness to learn (independently driven)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets including basic formula

Salary and benefits

- Starting salary of £23,000 – £25,000
- 25 days holiday (extra day for every year of working with Loom up to 32 days)
- Training will be in person in our central Bristol office, but working from home will be supported
