An exciting opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic candidate to join our client, a well established legal firm, based in their Glasgow City Centre office. This role will be as a Receptionist/Administrator, covering all of the following day to day duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with incoming post – opening, scanning, allocating to our
document management system
- Opening files
- Inputting information to our document management system
- Sending emails
- Running monthly time-bar reports
- Checking court website and email fee earners re. cases in court
- Paying invoices
- Sending letters
- Downloading files to be sent to law accountant
- Arranging appointments
What will I learn?
As part of the ongoing development for the role, you will learn all of the key functions of the receptionist area of a busy legal firm. How to carry out daily tasks and interact with colleagues/clients in a professional manner.
You will also be working towards an SVQ in Business Administration as part of your development in the role.
What qualification or qualities are required?
National 5 in both Math and English would be preferred, along with strong IT skills. You must be able to present yourself in a professional and polite manner, with good communication skills. The most important quality for this role is to have a positive, can do attitude towards your work.

Salary: £10,500.00-£19,900.00 per year
