Resident Hotels is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their vibrant Soho team!

We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in pursuing a career as a Receptionist to join our growing business and to contribute to and share our success.
As a Receptionist, your role is to provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals and providing heartfelt attention in the heart of the neighbourhood. You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
As a Receptionist at Resident Hotels, you need to have great communication skills, a friendly and professional style, be motivated and eager to learn, a great team player, have good IT skills and be proficient in the use of all relevant IT systems including but not limited to Guestline, Outlook, OTA’s extranets, etc and ideally (but not necessary) have experience in a guest service environment.
