Job Introduction

We are looking to welcome a high motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist to the Rapport family in London.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Based in the client's flagship offices in London, this role is working within a small and friendly team providing reception and hospitality services. There is a strong emphasis on delivering hospitality and managing meeting rooms. There is direct contact with the client's senior executives so communication and maintaining good working relationships with everyone is very important.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing the client meeting rooms and ensuring hospitality is delivered
  • Greeting all visitors and showing them to the meeting rooms
  • Assisting the bank clients with their requests
  • Maintaining various catering areas within the office

The role is a 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, working shifts between 7-7pm

Personal profile: I am flexible and am comfortable with swift changes in the day-to-day operations. I have a positive can-do attitude and am happy to work on my own as well as in a Team. I take responsibility for my actions, and contribution to the team.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, organised and self confident. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service or reception.
