We are recruiting for an Academy Receptionist to join our team based at our prestigious client's offices in the heart of the City of London.
You will be part of a fantastic team and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The role has three distinct aspects: Reception and Client Welcoming, Membership administration, and meeting and events coordination.
The role is ideally suited to a self-starter who is highly motivated and adaptable to the needs of the role.
This role is a full-time opportunity. It involves working in a rotating shift pattern for the following times Monday-Friday, 07:30 – 16:30, 08.30 to 17.30, or 09:30 – 18:30.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include to:
- Organising Board, Committee and General meetings.
- Ensuring that all the rooms, catering, logistics etc. are configured to the exact requirements of the individual members and their guests.
- Build professional relationships with members, client Partners and the operational support team.
- To always ensure that all Deloitte Academy guests receive an outstanding level of service.
- To undertake administrative tasks including room bookings and ad-hoc queries.

The ideal candidate likes to think ‘outside of the box’ and always looks for innovative ways to improve efficiencies within a guest environment and enhance guest services, whilst showing that they are flexible and adaptable in their approach.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills using appropriate formality and grammatical correctness.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Structured and diligent approach to managing activities and tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise a number of activities in a small team whilst constantly being able to respond to member requests and interactions.
