Position: Front of House Receptionist
Location: Leeds /in-office)
Salary: Upto £26,590 depending on experience
As Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors and you will act as an ambassador for the Company, ensuring you create an exceptional client experience in line with the Company’s values. You will work closely with all team members to provide a seamless service.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Previous experience in a client-facing role/client service background.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all parts of the business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone manner and client service skills.
- Ability to react quickly to changes and remain calm under pressure.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and passion for providing excellent client care.
