Experienced administrator required to work in a fast paced medical business with opportunity to expand the role.
Excellent customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude is essential and we are looking for someone who cares about their job and helping people.
The right candidate will be office based using our CRM system processing patient enquiries, dealing with referrals, acting as point of reference for staff and Doctors and who is a team player. Email fluency and attention to detail to maintain our high standards of patient service. Make appropriate and accurate appointments using Software in response to phone and email enquiries
Good Microsoft Office and PC skills with fluent English and minimum of GCSE English A-C a must with perfect written English.
Interested in learning about medicine and medical conditions and the ability to 'think on your feet' needed to grasp all the various aspects of this role.
Checking and monitoring Appointments Diaries and organising rotas and workflows
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, provide feedback to cleaners and escalate issues to manager
Maintain office security by following safety procedures
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing and uploading of results
Maintain stock as directed
General administrative office tasks such as post, scanning etc
Participate in clinical audit and necessary trainings
Learn and Understand services offered to patients
Role is Monday to Friday with a 1 in 3 commitment to Saturdays 9-5
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Salary: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
