Senior Project Manager – Salesforce/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Digital Transformation – Up to £100k – Remote – Excellent Progression Opportunity!
Are you a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, specifically Sales Cloud & Service Cloud? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and have experience working on e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives? If so, this would be a perfect opportunity for you.
Working for a leading global company you will help them take a lead on their companywide digital transformation programme. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their digital initiatives and ensuring successful Salesforce implementation and integration. There is an excellent progression opportunity for this role to become a Head of Digital Transformation within a couple of years or so!
Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud implementations.
· Help take a lead in a companywide digital transformation programme of work with a big focus on customer journeys, utilizing Salesforce and associated technologies to drive business forward.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans.
· Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, board members, and technical teams.
· Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
· Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and generate regular status reports.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Project Manager Key Skills
· Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, specifically managing Salesforce projects, with expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
· Extensive experience in managing e-commerce and digital transformation projects.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
· Previous experience working in a large global company or multinational organization.
· Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Salesforce certifications beneficial (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
