We looking for someone that is motivated and dedicated to join our HR/Recruitment team as an Entry-Level/Graduate Internal Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract and recruit talented graduates and entry-level candidates.
• Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, university careers pages and professional networks to source potential candidates.
• Screen applications and CV’s to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, Microsoft Teams and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment, whether that’s in retail or hospitality, you need to be comfortable and good at interacting with a variety of people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Paying the Real Living Wage – negotiable for the right candidate
