Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist who will deliver an excellent standard of customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with all our clients.
Working on the showroom busy reception, our Receptionist will be responsible for processing clients who attend the garage, answering telephone enquiries, encouraging financial contributions from clients and maintaining and logging paperwork.
Working as part of a team is important part of this position
About You:
Our showroom can at time be very busy, therefore successful candidates will need to be organised, with good communication skills, excellent telephone manner and the ability to work on Mircosoft Spreadsheets. Previous office experience, including word processing and use of a computerised records systems is an advantage but not essential.
The closing date for this vacancy may be brought forward should we receive sufficient candidates.
The full-time equivalent for this role is 40 hours.
