Job Description


Portico are on the lookout for charismatic and customer focused Ground Floor Receptionist, for a multi-occupied corporate building in central London.

The Receptionist will “own” the ground floor reception space, ensuring that all visitors receive a top-class service.

This Receptionist role caries plenty of responsibility and we are looking for someone who is comfortable to be accountable for multiple processes. They will need to ensure that the highest level of client care and personal service is delivered to all visitors, as well as being the main contact for facilities related queries. They will be responsible for driving new initiatives to improve the customer experience, arranging pop-ups & activities to drive occupier engagement within the building.

The Receptionist will work in partnership with all service partners to establish service excellence within the entire building.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts from Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,240


Qualifications


The Receptionist will be confident and enthusiastic. Possessing an innate ability to build rapport with guests, clients, and stakeholders alike.

Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a reception role.

This is a stand-alone reception role. So, the successful candidate must be comfortable to be the sole Portico team member on site, whilst being a part of a larger team within the portfolio.
