Shifts at present will be 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri with a view to a shifts pattern in the future to cover 8am-10pm 7 days a week, when activity levels for elective care return to pre-pandemic levels which we anticipate will be within 9-12 of the commencement of employment
We are looking for an Overseas Visitors Officer to join the team. Shortlisting for this post will commence once the advert closes with first interviews scheduled towards the end of March 2023.

Brief Description of the Role:
The jobholder will work as part of the Overseas Visitor Team providing support to the Overseas Manager as well as ensuring that contact with patients and Trust staff are dealt with professionally and promptly in line with set service standards. The post will involve the use of the Trust's electronic patient record; liaising with other internal teams, meeting patients and relatives to discuss entitlement to free NHS care as well as external agencies and GP practices, amongst others.
