We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a professional attitude. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain visitor logs and other records as required.
- Provide general information about the company.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week
Salary: £13,978.95-£26,605.01 per year
