We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time receptionist to join our growing team here at the Pennine Manor Hotel.
The hotel receptionist will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and hospitable welcome. As the first point of contact for guests the ideal candidate will be friendly, well presented and efficient. The role involves managing a wide range of tasks and duties including guest check ins and check outs, making and editing reservations, handling phone calls and responding to guest queries.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry, especially using Rezlynx booking systems, will be advantageous and preferred but full training will be provided.
This is a full time position with 40 hours worked over a 5 day schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the needs of the business.
