We are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist/Goods In Assistant for an Oxford University Department based in Headington. This assignment is due to commence on the 29th June 2023 until the 18th August 2023 working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, paying £12.12 p/h.
Duties:
- To receive and sign for deliveries.
- Working on Recption and front desk
- Process them using a spreadsheet and allocated them onto the correct goods in shelf.
- Ensure waste bins are put out each morning in the goods in area.
- Able to receipt goods at the end of the day ( they can supply training for this on R12)
- A good eye for detail for processing deliveries
- Keeping the place clean and tidy.
